All Goods are shipped the same working day, if orders have been placed before our carriers collection time.
All Parcels have to be signed for so if you will be out or working please send to your work place, friends, family or leave a comment in comment box to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If you still miss the courier they will leave a card so phone the number on the card to arrange a day to suit you
For HEAVY OR LONG PARCELS over 2kg or over 2.5ft long (1pm)
For LIGHTER PARCELS upto about 1.250kg (3:00pm Mon , tue , wed , fri ) & ( 11:30am on thur ).
Customers paying by cheque will have their goods shipped following receipt & clearance of funds.
Our software will automatically calculate shipping and handling charges for all normal orders.

How Your Order Is Packaged and Your Privacy
We take your privacy very seriously.
Shop with confidence knowing your order will arrive in discreet and plain packaging.
Your privacy is extremely important to us - so you can buy online with complete confidence
You dont need to worry about your nosy neighbours or your postman, all orders are sent using discreet plain padded bags for your privacy - with absolutely no indication of the contents. Only your name, address and our return address will be visible on the outside of the packaging.
The return address is shown as NMProducts. The website address is not printed anywhere on the outside packaging and there is absolutely no indication of the contents.
Small items are sent in plain brown bubble bag packaging, secured with clear packaging tape.
All larger orders are sent in plain cardboard boxes sealed with clear or brown packaging tape.
Only your address and a plain returns address NMProducts or NMP GROUP will be shown on the outside packaging.
Descrete delivery means you can trust us to dispatch your order in an anonymous fashion.
This is to protect your privacy.
Depending on your chosen delivery method, your order will arrive in either a brown jiffy bag, box or a blue & white courier delivery bag.
These options are packaged with only our NMPGROUP company label & NO indications of the contents.
Which ever delivery method you get, your purchase will remain completely anonymous
Our Standard delivery in the UK takes 1-2 days although please allow up to 4 days for delivery.
Our delivery gives you next day service on orders made before 1.30pm.
Orders recieved after 1.30pm should be recieved within 48 hours.
(same day dispatch when order is placed before 1.30pm)
Please note: a signature is required for all packages on arrival, and we cannot delivery to PO BOX numbers.

We would prefer if orders could be phoned through or placed online 24 hours prior to collection in order that we are able to ensure stock availability and have all paperwork prepared.
There is NO minimum order value for orders.
Signing for Goods :
When goods arrive it is ESSENTIAL that you check them thoroughly, if a pack is damaged or there appears to be items missing you MUST SIGN THE PAPERWORK ACCORDINGLY , we cannot be held responsible for shortages or damaged goods that have been signed for in full and as in good condition.
I know that sometimes the drivers of the carrier companies seem to be in a hurry but do not be bullied, these are your goods and they should be delivered to you, as you would want.
We cannot be held responsible for any postal or courier delays beyond our control. Please allow 1 extra working day before contacting us as we send them on next day delivery but it can sometimes take 2 or 3 working days by courier of which is still a great service and up to 15 working days by royal mail normally 1 or 2 days.
Returns:
In the event of a product being faulty by nature of poor manufacture or incorrect goods having been supplied we will be happy to exchange the item or refund the invoice in full.
If the goods have been supplied as ordered but simply prove unsuitable or no longer required, we will be happy to refund the invoice less the carriage costs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods as well as ensuring that the goods are returned in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
We will notify you when we are in receipt of the item at our premises.
A refund will be issued for returned items within 14 days of receipt of goods.
We strongly recommend that if you are returning goods you send them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery not Special Delivery or carrier in order to obtain a proof of postage.
Nothing in these statements affects your statutory rights.
